EPOD SERVICE PROMOTION

Reliability is key and well pad up-time is paramount to the success of our customers and to us. Westgen Technologies is offering our customers pre-paid service plans for all EPOD units. Our service plans ensure all maintenance and system checks are completed proactively to identify and mitigate any future points of failure.

• Factory trained technicians with data from hundreds of thousands of run hours
• Increased likelihood of “first time” diagnosis and repair
• Discounted rates on parts and labour for services, reducing your OPEX spend

For units with our 6kW generator packages we have expanded our service capabilities and can now adjust air and fuel tuning to improve the running reliability for these generators running on varied fuel gas quality. For larger generator units we are equipped with Kubota OEM scanners.

HOW IT WORKS

• Contact us to coordinate a site visit for a unit for a check-up or required service.
• Westgen performs the inspection or work. Any additional items identified will be serviced at the discounted parts and labour rate. Any known updates or tweaks will be performed during the visit.
• We keep track of the EPOD (data and service details), any future visits receive the same discount on parts, truck and labour rates.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS

We are also excited to offer service credits for enrolled customers this applies across your fleet of EPODs. Once you hit a specified spend threshold, we will provide you a credit on that amount that can be used on any future work.
