BEN KLEPACKI, P.ENG
CO-FOUNDER AND CEO
Ben is a mechanical engineer and energy innovator with experience in both alternative energy and oil and gas. He developed the patented EPOD hybrid power system and is recognized for his contributions to clean technology, earning a place on Avenue Calgary's Top 40 Under 40. Ben is also actively involved in the energy and innovation community through advisory and mentorship roles.
ALLAN TREBILCO
VP OF OPERATIONS
Allan brings extensive leadership experience in the oil and gas service sector. He is a results-driven executive with a passion for innovation, responsible resource development, and operational excellence. A SAIT graduate in Petroleum Engineering Technology and Business Management, Allan enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor pursuits, coaching youth sports, and giving back to his community.
CHRIS ROCHE
VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Chris brings 15 years of oil & gas industry experience, specializing in sales and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and has built strong expertise in understanding client needs across the sector. At Westgen, Chris focuses on developing relationships and partnerships that help deliver reliable power solutions to industry.
CHRISTOPHER MILLER
VP OF FINANCE
Christopher brings over 15 years of finance and accounting experience to his role with Westgen Technologies. A proud graduate from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce, he earned his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2014. His past experience includes roles with a variety of oil & gas service and midstream organizations, always with a focus on improving results for all stakeholders.
